Shipping

We ship worldwide with tracking and Lithium Battery container as per International regulations for products containing batteries. Processing time is usually 1 to 2 business days and does not include weekends.

Our warehouses are located in Cyprus, Germany and Hungary. Depending on your location, we will dispatch from the most appropriate warehouse. All our devices are dispatched with DHL or TNT/Fedex for fast delivery across the globe.

Shipping time:

Europe 4 to 5 business days

USA 5 to 7 business days

Middle East 5 to 6 business days

Customs & Clearance

EU Shipments

All shipments from within the EU (28 countries) will not bear any additional charges on receipt, this does not apply to the UK and Switzerland where the customer is responsible for taxes and customs fees. Not in any case we will refund fees related to customs, taxes or clearance charged by governmental authorities or related parties.

NON-EU Shipments

We will send an invoice with your package, this is needed for customs clearance in your country. Customers are fully responsible for any related customs, taxes and clearance fees. If your country is not listed 

Warranty

We offer 6 months limited warranty on all our products.

Due to the nature of our products, all devices should be thoroughly cleaned on regular basis to avoid issues with the heating blades and all parts of the device.

In the case of DOA (dead on arrival), we will ship a new device to our customers once we receive the defective product. 

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we can’t accept returns unless the product is sealed and in original sealed packaging. In the case where return is accepted, return shipping is paid by the customer. Not in any case we will refund fees related to customs, taxes or clearance charged by governmental authorities or related parties.

Refund

We do not offer any refund on used products. In the case where refund is accepted by us, shipping fees are deducted from the total amount paid by our customers. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed using the original method of payment used for the purchase.
