Shipping

We ship worldwide with tracking and Lithium Battery container as per International regulations for products containing batteries. Processing time is usually 1 to 2 business days and does not include weekends.

Our warehouse is located in Cyprus. All our devices and orders are dispatched with DHL Express for fast delivery across the globe.

Shipping time:

Europe 2 to 5 business days

USA 3 to 6 business days

Middle East 3 to 5 business days

Customs & Clearance

EU Shipments

All shipments from within the EU (28 countries) will not bear any additional charges on receipt, this does not apply to the UK and Switzerland where the customer is responsible for taxes and customs fees. Not in any case we will refund fees related to customs, taxes or clearance charged by governmental authorities or related parties.

NON-EU Shipments

We will send an invoice with your package, this is needed for customs clearance in your country. Customers are fully responsible for any related customs, taxes and clearance fees. We are not responsible for any package held at customs of the buyer country. We do not offer and refund in the case when the package is held at the customs of the destination country.

In the case where we agree on a partial refund, all shipping charges are deducted from the amount to be refunded including fees for returned package.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we can’t accept returns unless the product is sealed and in original sealed packaging. We cannot refund Terea purchase. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Refund

We do not offer any refund on used products. In the case where refund is accepted by us (only for new unopened products excluding Terea), shipping fees are deducted from the total amount paid by our customers.

Are the products original?

All the products sold on our website are original products. We don't sell any fake products.

Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

In most cases, products shipped match product images. However, some products may have different writing depending on countries they are shipped to  but the products remain the same.

Where can I view my past orders?

You can login to your account and view your past orders.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

We usually restock every week. Some limited edition devices might not be restocked since they are produced for a specific period only.
